We're building a thriving organization that's purpose driven and still want to remember what your favourite milkshake flavour is. **As a Records Management Administrator your responsibilities will include**: - Coordinate the destruction of paper records within GT central region offices according to Firm retention policies - Ensuring inventory of physical records at the firm is kept up to date - Support administrative assistants in managing on - and offsite storage of records that have not met retention schedule, e.g., suggesting standard filing methods - Suspend the destruction of records immediately on notification from Enterprise Content and Records Manager that such records are required for or relevant to legal and/or business matters - Document gaps in procedures or issues encountered during records storage and destruction and consult with Enterprise Content and Records Manager - Develop and implement repeatable procedures, tools, and templates pertaining to records storage and destruction - Ensure established policies and procedures are widely communicated to administrators at the firm - Deliver coaching sessions on Firm's standard destruction processes and policies to administrative staff as required - Resolve or redirect questions on information and records management policies, procedures, and services - Evaluate opportunities and execute targeted digitization projects for the ongoing reduction of paper records within the firm - Assist the Enterprise Content and Records Manager in developing a proposal for more centralized off-site records storage contracting. *** **Be Grant Thornton** If you're a bit like us, you're driven to connect with how others are feeling and thinking.
