**Job Description**:
Base location for this position will be in Montreal Ottawa, Canada

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and build complex HANA SQL Script Stored Procedures
- Optimize HANA SQL Script Stored Procedures for performance and efficiency
- Work within a dedicated team in the development of cloud-based Java RESTful APIs based on SAP Hana database
- Develop and enhance SAP SLT data replication scenarios between SAP ECC and Hana
- Complete all stages of the development process, from planning to deployment. This includes hands-on development, testing and deployment via Git
- Document stored procedures according to team standards
- Work closely with Java Engineers and business analysts to create high volume RESTful API services
- Participate in deployment and release activities
- Experience using database trace utilities and trace log-file analysis Use HANA studio, DBA cockpit, analyze traces and dumps for memory and CPU consumption

Skills Required
- 6- 8 years Expertise in the design and development of Hana SQL Script stored procedures
- Expertise in native HANA and HANA Studio hands-on development
- Experience in SAP ECC (or S4 Hana) Sales & Distribution data model and business processes
- Knowledge/Experience in HANA Modeling
- Knowledge/Experience in SAP HANA in-Memory Platform
- Knowledge in Data Management with SAP Business Technology Platform
- Knowledge/Experience in GitHub
- Proficiency and experience in SAP HANA SLT data replication tools
- Knowledge/Experience in REST/WebServices concepts
- Ability to troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $80.00-$90.00 per hour
