Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Technical owner of Mitel’s SAP Business Warehouse 7.5 reporting platform and leader of the team.- Responsible for the intake, organization, and delivery of all SAP BW work - whether project related, operational enhancements and/or bug fixes.- Partner and interface with Senior Management across Mitel’s business units.- Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, best pricing, delivery and timeliness.- Ability to guide and delegate team on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines.-
- Data Flow Development in BW leveraging SLA Models ETL Models utilizing ADSO, Cube, Calculation views and composite providers Data Validation against Source Systems.- Senior in design, developing & support of custom BW objects using BW LSA (Layered Scalable Architecture).- May create transformations, routines, formulas, DTPs.- Develops, maintains, monitors and manages data loads.

**Requirements**:
- SAP Certified - BW/BI desirable- A minimum of 7 Years of hands-on practical experience with SAP BI/BW customizing/development.- A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience is required.- Agile software development methodology using JIRA (or similar iterative tool).- Knowledge of the overall SAP BI and Analytics solution roadmap and experience with assisting business to understand the options available to them.- Experience in SAP HANA data modeling using CDS Views, Calculation Views (Graphical and Scripted) as well as Virtual Data Models, HANA Data Provisioning and HANA security.- General understanding of database technology, data warehousing, basic proficiency in SQL query/scripting.- Proficient in SAP BI/BW Back-end development and configuration, testing and pre-production support.- Senior with SAP BW on HANA system architecture design and performance optimization.- Data Modeling Experience with the ability to help build and translate Functional Business Requirements into Technical Solutions.- Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team through all phases of project and/or enhancement request, including requirements definition, architecture, design, development, implementation, conversion and testing.

Additional Skills:
- Systems thinking - the ability to see how parts interact with the whole (big picture thinking).- Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand.- Project and program management planning and organizational skills.- Ability to deal with abstract concepts and communicate these effectively through compelling written and graphical materials.
