Requisition ID: 176315 Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture. **Purpose**: Responsible for supporting the implementation of the operational risk framework tools, providing business support and oversight (as delegated by Management) for GBP. **Is this role right for you?** - Provide input and updates to monthly Dashboard for GBP Leadership and GBM Key Initiatives Dashboard, monthly GBP VP Business Unit Advisory and Support call and quarterly GBP Core Risk Committee, outlining current status on Audits, RCSAs, NIRAs, etc.; - Provide NIRA Screener scope decisions, review draft NIRA Assessment to ensure quality, completeness and consistency, follow up with Control Functions when required, and review submissions to New Initiative Risk Review Committee (NIRRC) and Executives as required; - Track and monitor completion of NIRA action plans; providing guidance to business units on completion of action plans - Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA): Scope determination, facilitation of Kickoff meeting, identification of Risks and Controls, facilitation of working sessions to engage stakeholders and build consensus on control gaps that need to be addressed and corresponding action plans, and facilitation of executive signoffs from first and second line; - Post-RCSA participations in issue resolution meetings to provide challenge on course of action, if necessary, and review and challenge on action plan submissions prior to final submission - Provide guidance to contract owners on TPRM requirements including completing Inherent Risk Questionnaire and applicable due diligence and follow up with contract owners with outstanding Due Diligence items - KRI Program: support and challenge business units in the development of their KRI program. Involves monitoring and tracking of KRI breaches; providing consolidated monthly reporting to Global Operational Risk and Senior Management. - Issue tracking and monitoring, and oversight of related Action Plans for NACHA Audits, RCSAs, and related Operational Loss events - Actively ensure the adequacy of controls to meet obligations, with respect to Operational risk, Regulatory compliance risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework and the Guidelines for Business Conduct. - Identify and address opportunities for improving controls and efficiencies of processes - Maintain strong relationships with business lines and applicable support and control functions to remain current on new developments and emerging risks - Review and provide feedback on Product group requests - Assist Management with ad-hoc requests and special projects **Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
