**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- Maintains good communication with the BOH team
- Maintains a clean kitchen space and tools / equipment / serviceware
- Operates in accordance with all food service safety guidance
- Other tasks as may be reasonably expected

**REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Ability to work in a busy kitchen
- Enjoys working collaboratively and adapts to changing needs
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a consistent process to a high standard
