**JOB SUMMARY**:
Perform snow removal duties with focus on quality and timely execution. Operate heavy-duty pick-up trucks and loaders with mounted snow plows and salters in a safe and productive manner. Record keeping of work completed, equipment inspections, and service logs. Will be working mostly independently or with a team on more severe weather events.
**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Plowing, snow removal, and salting of Grouse Mountain parking lots, roadways, and surrounding areas.
- Operating various types of vehicles including pickup trucks, forklift, skid steer, and/or backhoe loader.
- Safe operation of all plow vehicles, salters, and heavy machinery in adverse conditions.
- General maintenance of all plow trucks, plows, and salters.
- Shoveling and removal of snow from all public areas, walkways, and stairs.
- Record keeping.
- Other duties as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, ABILITIES, AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- Available to be on call for evenings and overnight shifts as required.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and responsible.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Must be organized and possess a strong work ethic.
- Successful team contributor and able to work independently.
- Perform tasks safely and efficiently.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying winter weather conditions.
- Must be mechanically inclined.
- Plow equipment / heavy equipment operation experience preferred.
- Clean driver's abstract.
- Minimum Class 5 Driver’s License

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
From $23.85/hour to $24.57/hour
