**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries as appropriate.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as required.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed, including managing household affairs and organizing personal appointments.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Anticipate the needs of the executive and proactively address any issues that may arise.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.
