**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough data analysis using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by assisting in the design, testing, and implementation phases of projects.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Develop and maintain database designs using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and other relevant technologies.
- Create detailed documentation including process flows using Visio and project plans that outline project scope, objectives, and milestones.
- Employ programming languages such as R, Python, and VBA for advanced data manipulation and automation tasks.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices in business analysis to enhance skills and contribute to team knowledge.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in business analysis or a related field with a strong understanding of analytics principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, R, Python, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience in database design and development.
- Knowledge of Bash (Unix shell) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
