**Now that you know about us, we want to know more about you We are looking for someone who can**:

- Oversee the Canadian Supply Chain function with a focus on developing and implementing a strategic plan with the intent of driving efficiencies and innovation to improve logistics service offerings
- Monitor and ensure performance of logistics functions
- Manage annual budget
- Align with sales and marketing activities to ensure a Supply Chain strategy that supports their respective objectives through cost effective and efficient service offerings
- Support the successful implementation of global initiatives acting as intermediary with local logistics functions and respective employees
- Consolidate local and regional demands ensuring harmonization and global alignment
- Responsibility of overarching functions Inventory Management and demand planning
- Manage relationships of third-party logistics
- Responsibility of overarching functions of four (4) warehouses across Canada

**We think it would be awesome if you have**:

- Post-secondary education
- Possess a Growth Mindset
- Five plus years business experience with an international Logistics / Supply Chain background and a strong track record of running successfully logistics mid-size units in industry or logistics services
- Good people leadership capabilities and ability to lead multiple businesses
- Good IT understanding (e.g., forecasting software, OP, WMS, TMS), process and e2e thinking
- Excellent written and oral communication; fluent business English is mandatory
- Hold personal accountability as a high standard
- Possess a high level of integrity and transparent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills with both Excel and PowerPoint and SAP
- Ability travel both within Canada and internationally
