**Position Overview**:
We’re looking for a Recall Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll call patients who are due (or overdue) for their eye exams and help them schedule their next visit. If you're personable, organized, and enjoy talking to people, this could be a perfect fit — **no experience necessary.**This is an ideal first job for a student.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Make outgoing calls to remind patients they are due for their eye exams
- Help schedule appointments and answer basic patient questions
- Keep patient records accurate and up to date
- Follow a simple call script and tracking system
- Work closely with our front desk and clinical teams
