Initiative-taking Specialized Logistics is a rapidly growing leading logistics provider and we are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Inside Sales Representative to join our team in our fun & energetic work environment.

Logistics Sales Representatives develop and maintain client relationships by developing effective ways to transport customers freight utilizing Initiative-taking Specialized services. This role serves in a sales capacity and communicates with both customer and carrier contacts. Responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, assessing client specific needs, promoting and selling Proactive list of solutions, and maintaining sales goals and objectives.

**Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Cultivate new sales leads to establish business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and assigned prospective clients.
- Sell and negotiate Proactive Specialized services.
- Work closely with Pricing team for current and prospective clients.
- Ability to make phone calls and follow up with each client.
- Update and maintain CRM*
- Provide follow-up customer satisfaction with clients as needed.
- Achieve individual, team, and company goals on a quarterly/ yearly basis.

- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Must possess a strong work ethic, winning attitude
- Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, and decision making skills.
