**Overview**

Our retail team at Metropolis at Metrotown is growing and we’re looking to hire Seasonal Sales Associates (Part-Time) to support us with the busy summer season Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in promoting our brand, product and the Vessi story to create a memorable customer experience.

Seasonal positions run from September 2024 - January 2025 and starting wage is $17.65/hour.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Act as a Vessi brand ambassador, live out our Core Values and provide a seamless and memorable, in-store experience for our customers
- Drive sales and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by exhibiting a superior level of product knowledge and customer service
- Perform day-to-day store operations such as opening and closing procedures, POS/cash handling, fitting, merchandising and receiving and processing stock
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance ie. cleaning and drying footwear and maintaining water installations and fixtures
- Other duties as required

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work flexible hours and holidays
