**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Seasonal Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting with sales and product demonstrations. This position is ideal for individuals who is pet lover, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and possess strong communication skills. As a Seasonal Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience during our peak season.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and support throughout their shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed information about features and benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase technology and other merchandise effectively.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth checkout process.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking merchandise as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Work in the freezer and handle frozen pet food
- Lift and move products (up to 50lbs)

**Requirements**:

- Must be available on weekends
- Must currently have cat and/or dog
- Retail experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in cold environments (freezer)
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to patiently answer customer inquiries
- A team player with a proactive attitude

**Job Types**: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
