As a Sales & Business Development Representative at APS, you will be integral in driving the growth of our security services business. Your role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and securing contracts to expand our reach. **Key Responsibilities**:
- Prospecting and identifying new clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Presenting our security services to prospective clients, addressing inquiries, and offering solutions to meet their needs.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborating with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Attending industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Providing ongoing support to clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the services provided.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the security or service industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to think creatively and overcome challenges.
- A background in security services or familiarity with the industry is a plus but not mandatory.
**What We Offer**:
- Competitive hourly wage of $24 per hour.
- Full-time schedule (Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
