**Full-Time | In-Person | Customer Engagement Representative**

**Location**: Edmonton, AB

Altec Business Solutions is proud to partner with **TELUS**, one of Canada’s top telecommunications companies, to deliver industry-leading **mobility, home services, and smart technology solutions**. We connect directly with customers through **community events, trade shows, and residential activations**, building real relationships while representing a trusted national brand.

This is a **full-time, in-person opportunity** for individuals who want to develop **practical skills, gain hands-on experience, and grow their careers**. No sales background? That’s okay — we provide **comprehensive training and ongoing coaching** to set you up for success.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Represent TELUS at **events, trade shows, and residential activations**:

- Connect with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions
- Collaborate with a **supportive team** to meet and exceed goals
- Take part in **structured training and mentorship** for career development

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Strong communicators** who enjoy engaging with people
- **Motivated, adaptable individuals** eager to learn and succeed
- **Reliable team players** with a positive attitude
- Must be **18+ and legally eligible to work in Canada**:

- **Based in Edmonton** and available for **full-time, on-site work**
