We currently have an opening for a General Machine Operator on a full-time contract basis, wage starting at $18.07/hr. Reporting to the Production Manager, the General Machine Operator will be responsible for a range of duties including but not limited to the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- Light assembly work
- Operating various CNC metal machining centers
- Lifting up to 40 pounds
- Follow all safety procedures and practices

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- CSA approved work boots
- Be able to obtain a clean criminal reference check

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lakefield, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Machine Operator: 1 year (preferred)
