**Business Manager (Entry Level - Training Provided)**

We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious **Business Manager** to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity, ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and commit to at least **three years** with the company. Full training will be provided, and once complete, you will be fully equipped to manage operations and play a critical role in the company’s success.

**What You’ll Do**
- Oversee and monitor daily staff activities, providing encouragement, accountability, and constructive feedback.
- Track and verify company performance, including sales numbers and activity flow, across multiple platforms.
- Ensure operations remain consistent, efficient, and aligned with company goals.
- Take initiative in identifying problems, ensuring accuracy, and making improvements where needed.
- Support the team in staying motivated and maintaining high standards of performance.
- Work closely with leadership to keep operations organized, streamlined, and on track.
