**Responsibilities**:

- Accurate data entry of all bills into the accounting software (QuickBooks).
- Manage the Before and After School Care/Childcare database (changes, additions, deletions).
- Manage the licensed Childcare database (changes, additions, deletions.
- Process all Accounts Receivable fee payments for all departments.
- Report totals using spreadsheets.
- Prepare NSF and decline spreadsheets for delinquent payments and contact the account holders.
- Prepare monthly invoices to families, as necessary.
- Communicate with parents and members regarding financial matters.
- Analyze daily cash sheets and prepare monthly cash sheet reports.
- Prepare and manage monthly trade accounts receivable and record payments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks.
- Experience in database management, balancing accounts, and invoicing.
- Strong communication skills and great attention to detail.
- Ability to think on the spot and solve problems effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Resourceful, organized, and excellent time management skills.
- Flexible and receptive to change.
