Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an Intermediate Accountant on a full-time permanent basis on our Corporate Accounting team.

This position is a hybrid opportunity based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

What You'Ll Do:
  • Prepare and analyze gross margin calculations.
  • Reconcile general ledger, payable and receivable accounts.
  • Reconcile stock and direct sales for our Ag Solutions commodities.
  • Control outstanding matching reports and troubleshoot related problems.
  • Audit and prepare for processing various sales, purchase, and expense documents.
  • Other duties as required.

Who you'll work with:
You will work on a team of other Intermediate Accountants, Senior Accountants, and Accounting Technicians, all reporting to the Manager, Energy & Ag Accounting. Although the team works remotely, their culture remains one of collaboration, support, and connection.

  • Who you are:
  • You are looking for a career in Finance and:
  • Have a minimum of 1-year of related accounting experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience related to margins and the agriculture commodity.
  • Have a minimum of 4 financial accounting courses from an accredited post-secondary institution.
