**Overview**
The Early Childhood Supervisor plays a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. **Duties**
- Supervise and support early childhood educators in implementing age-appropriate curricula and activities.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies regarding early childhood education.
- Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and development, providing guidance to educators on best practices.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Collaborate with families to address individual needs and promote family engagement in the educational process.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their caregiving skills.
- Manage classroom resources effectively, ensuring a safe and stimulating learning environment for all children.
- Advocate for children with disabilities, ensuring their inclusion in all activities.

**Skills**
- Strong background in Early Childhood Education with a focus on caregiving practices.
- Experience working with children in various settings, demonstrating an understanding of developmental milestones.
- Ability to educate staff on effective classroom management techniques and child development theories.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with parents, staff, and community members effectively.
- Knowledge of best practices for supporting children with disabilities within an educational framework.
- Passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning in a supportive environment.

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
