We're seeking an experienced Leasing Operations Manager to spearhead our leasing activities, ensuring our properties are efficiently marketed and leased to high-quality tenants.

The Leasing Operations Manager will be instrumental in developing and executing leasing strategies across various platforms such as Rhenti, MLS, and other Internet Listing Services (ILS). This role demands a proactive, results-driven professional who can manage the end-to-end leasing process, from marketing vacant units to screening prospective tenants and negotiating lease agreements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and oversee strategic leasing plans to attract and retain tenants
- Utilize Rhenti, MLS, and other ILS platforms to market vacant units effectively
- Conduct competitive market analyses to set rent prices and identify leasing trends
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure units are ready for move-in and maintain high standards of tenant satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all leasing activities
- Provide regular reports on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and market trends to senior management
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with local, provincial, and federal regulations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in leasing or property management preferred
- A proven track record in meeting leasing targets or sales goals
- Knowledge of the Ontario rental market and legal requirements
- Proficient in using leasing platforms such as Rhenti and MLS preferred
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities, with the skill to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Familiarity with applicable local, provincial, and federal laws and regulations
- Solid knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Strong communication and excellent listening skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of finance and marketing
- Time-management and problem-solving skills

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
