Inside Sales Representative

**Compensation**: $400 per week
**Employment Type**: Independent Contractor
**Schedule**: Full-Time (Monday-Friday)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and resilient **Inside Sales Representative** to join our team as an **independent contractor**. This position is focused on outbound sales through high-volume, quality cold calling. You’ll play a key role in generating leads, booking appointments, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Make **100+ outbound cold calls per day (Monday-Friday)** to prospective clients.
- Clearly present our services and qualify potential customers.
- Maintain professionalism and focus on **quality conversations** rather than rushed calls.
- Consistently meet daily and weekly KPIs.
- Accurately track call activity, lead outcomes, and progress.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in **inside sales, telemarketing, or cold calling** is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Resilient and self-motivated to handle high call volumes.
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to hit performance targets.

Compensation & Expectations
- **$400 per week (independent contractor role)**.
- KPI**:100 calls per day, 5 days per week** with emphasis on **quality and conversion**.
- Weekly reporting of call results required.
