REAL finds itself in the enviable position of managing one of the most interesting and versatile connected spaces in North America with an opportunity to impact the lives of millions by creating life-long memories and delivering exceptional experiences.

The Parking Attendant is responsible for working designated parking areas or booths at a pay-for-parking entrance/exit. This position will also: direct vehicles to appropriate parking areas; collect parking fees; monitor parking lots to check for required permits; ensure vehicles are parked in designated spaces; provide information to visitors and staff; ensure vehicles are not blocking traffic flow; and act as the first point of contact for customers and guests.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Attends designated parking area or a booth at a pay-for-parking entrance/exit during established lot hour.
- Directs drivers of vehicles to appropriate parking areas and monitors and/or patrols lots to check for required permits and to ensure cars are parked in designated spaces and not blocking traffic flow.
- First point of contact with customers in for the company which sets the standard for customer service at the facility; the first impression is very important.
- Carry out all activities in a fair and courteous manner to ensure a positive public perception of REAL.
- Contribute to the delivery and review of service standards, quality and performance targets in accordance with the policy and procedure.
- The job requires the attendants to be highly visible and act as “eyes and ears” of REAL.
- Help to enhance the positive perception of “customer care” to provide prompt reporting of potential and existing problem areas.
- Performs other duties on an as and when required basis.

We are looking for individuals interested in flexible working arrangements as a casual Parking Attendant. Shifts will be a combination of days, nights, and weekends based on operational requirements and your own availability

**WHAT IT TAKES**
- Grade 12 education or GED is preferred.
- Must be at least Nineteen (19) years of age.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Ability to work conscientiously and with mínimal direction.
- This position is an in-scope position under the RWDSU Collective Agreement.
