We’re seeking a **Client Care & Experience Specialist**—someone who ensures every client feels valued, understood, and supported. In this role, you’ll combine warmth, precision, and creativity to deliver an experience that reflects the high standards of the brands we represent.
**Responsibilities**
- Create engaging newsletters and visual content that inform and inspire clients.
- Provide personalized guidance on skincare routines, products, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Manage orders, bookings, and follow-ups to ensure seamless, elevated service.
- Collaborate with boutique, spa, and marketing teams to maintain consistency across all client interactions.
- Contribute new ideas and creative solutions to continually enhance the client experience.
**Qualifications**
- Fully bilingual in French and English (required).
- A passion for skincare and wellness, with eagerness to keep learning and sharing knowledge.
- Experience with Canva (Adobe skills are a plus) to design polished, brand-aligned visuals.
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, and commitment to delivering exceptional client care.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
