At Prestige Physiotherapy and Sports Medicine, we strive for rehabilitation excellence and are looking for a Physiotherapy Assistant to join our award-winning team. This is a part-time position with the potential to become full-time. Our clinics are based out of Abbotsford BC.

This position is perfect for an individual who is detailed-oriented, organized, professional, takes initiative, is an active listener and critical thinker, and a team player.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assisting Physiotherapists with assessments and treatments.
- Carrying out treatment plans under guidance of Physiotherapist to support patients through stretching, enhancing mobility, strength training, improving range of motion, and overall facilitating a plan for patient independence.
- Creating materials for patient use such as exercise handouts.
- Preparing equipment for use including cleaning, maintenance, and any other preparation as required.
- Charting patient progress using Jane Clinic Management software.
- Providing quality customer service throughout every interaction.
- Supporting with room turnover between patients, stocking rooms and light housekeeping.
- Any other duties as assigned by leading Physiotherapist.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of one year experience working in customer service, administration, or clinic environment especially in health care setting.
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service and empathy for clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
