**Nature of the position**:
Reporting to the Quote Coordinator of our Noam Carver / Bridal department, the Quote Specialist will be a detail-oriented person with an interest in jewelry. There are multiple paths within the department for growth. As all incoming requests are for Bridal events, communication with our retailers will need to be quick and efficient. The Quote Specialist will need to be able to multi-task and be a creative problem solver.
**Tasks**:
Good communications skills
Previous administration experience
Excellent verbal and written in English
Detail oriented
Ability to multi-task and work autonomously
Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google etc.

**Availability: Monday-Thursday 9am - 6pm and Friday 9am - 3:30pm**

**Compensation will be based on experience.**
**Employee health benefit program after probation period.**

**Salary**: From $17.50 per hour

- 8 hour shift

- Mont-royal, QC H4P 1A1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
