Le commis aux comptes fournisseurs sera responsable de traiter le cycle complet des paiements de tous les produits non commerciaux, ce qui inclut les dépenses telles que l'hydro, la maintenance, et les services. Le traitement quotidien d'un grand nombre de factures, certaines complexes, est requis. L'utilisation de Great Plains et de nombreux documents Excel est nécessaire, donc une expérience avec les formules ou les recherches V est requise.
Responsabilités
- Entrer les factures et les paiements manuels dans le système financier.
- Faire correspondre les factures avec les paiements par chèque.
- Vérifier les rapports de dépenses avec les reçus.
- Soutenir l'équipe des comptes fournisseurs pour le traitement complet du cycle des comptes fournisseurs.
- Participer aux activités de fin de mois des comptes fournisseurs.
- Collaborer avec différentes équipes.
Compétences Essentielles
- Cycle complet des comptes fournisseurs.
- Maîtrise d'Excel (formules, tableaux croisés dynamiques ou recherches V).
- Traitement des factures.
- Utilisation de Great Plains.
- Compétences en réconciliation, vente au détail, entrée de données, et bons de commande.
Compétences Supplémentaires & qualifications
- Diplôme collégial (DEC, diplôme d'école professionnelle, diplôme de collège communautaire).
- Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un environnement similaire en comptes fournisseurs.
- Excellente attention aux détails.
- Excellentes compétences de frappe pour la rapidité et la précision.
- Solides capacités d'identification de problèmes.
- Solides compétences en travail d'équipe.
- Capacité à bien performer dans un environnement rapide avec des délais serrés.
- Excellente connaissance de MS Office: Word et Excel.
- Expérience avec Great Plains.
Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk
Job Description
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for processing the full cycle payments of all non-trade products, including expenses such as hydro, maintenance, and services. Daily processing of numerous invoices, some of which are complex, is required. Experience with Great Plains and a lot of Excel documents is necessary, including proficiency with formulas or VLOOKUPs.
Responsibilities
- Enter invoices and manual payments into the finance system.
- Match invoices with cheque payments.
- Verify expense reports with receipts.
- Support the Accounts Payable team in processing the full accounts payable cycle.
- Participate in Accounts Payable month-end activities.
- Collaborate with different teams.
Essential Skills
- Full cycle accounts payable.
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, or VLOOKUPs).
- Invoice processing.
- Experience with Great Plains.
- Skills in reconciliation, retail sales, data entry, and purchase orders.
Additional Skills and Qualifications
- College diploma (DEC, vocational school diploma, community college diploma).
- Minimum 3 years in a similar environment in Accounts Payable.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent typing skills for speed and accuracy.
- Strong problem identification abilities.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Capacity to perform well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office: Word and Excel.
- Experience with Great Plains.
