**3D **Lighting & Compositing Artist **Duties and Responsi**bilities**
- Light, render, and composite assigned shots with your amazing creative and technical skills while meeting all production deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Lighting & Compositing Lead to interpret colour keys and lighting style.
- Interpret and implement notes and feedback from Leads, Director, and Client in a timely manner always looking to improve the shot and make it better.
- Ability to work within the lighting and rendering pipeline and capable of troubleshooting common rendering and lighting technical issues.
- Collaborate with other departments on solutions, workflows, and deadlines.
- Use image processing, multimedia software, layout, and drawing software to produce final images.

**Qualifications**
- Must be an Ontario Resident.
- A minimum of 2 years of lighting and composting experience ideally for a television series, or equivalent working experience.
- Proven experience of Lighting/Rendering/Compositing on CG/VFX productions.
- Strong working knowledge of 2D and 3D software, including Maya, Fusion, Nuke, Arnold, and Vray
- Experience using Shotgrid/Shotgun is considered an asset.
- Deadline orientated
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with all members of our team.

**W**ork** Location Options**:

- Hybrid position. Work from home the majority of the time
