To support our continued success, **ESI Group** has an exciting opportunity for a motivated **Operations Manager **to join our dynamic team. This leader will oversee day-to-day operational performance to ensure best-in-class quality and on-time delivery, drive growth, and enhance customer experience.

**What you’ll do**
- Manage and oversee residential septic system design, quotation, installation, pumping and service work
- Manage and oversee product sales and inventory management, including sales forecasting and KPI reporting
- Implement equipment maintenance schedules and oversee repair and maintenance activities
- Lead and manage a team, including recruitment, performance management, and development
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

**What you bring**
- ** Experience**: 3-5 Years experience working and managing a crew in the construction space (wastewater treatment industry strongly preferred)
- ** Education**: Degree or Diploma in Environmental Engineering (preferred)
- Certification as a Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) or Professional Engineer (P. Eng) (considered a strong asset)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (considered a plus)
- Licensed to install and design onsite wastewater treatment systems (or willingness to obtain license)
- Working experience in designing and quoting residential projects
- Effective track record of working closely with customers, inspectors, staff, and managing the overall permitting process
- Experience in managing sales targets and handling competing priorities
- Ability to build rapport with the field crew
