**Job Title: Filling Operator - Cannabis Production**

**Location**: St. Thomas, Ontario
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
**Compensation**: $20.00 per hour
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor filling equipment for cannabis products, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Set up, calibrate, and adjust machinery according to product specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all products are filled, labeled, and packaged in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to sanitation and safety protocols.
- Document production data accurately, including batch records and equipment logs.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.(Indeed)
- Other duties as assigned company/management.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and troubleshoot machinery.
- Experience in the cannabis industry, especially with distillate or extraction processes, is a plus.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain detailed records.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to pass a background check in compliance with industry regulations.
