We are currently looking for a Production Manager to manage and lead our incredible system build and launch team to deliver cutting-edge custom automation solutions.

**What we are looking for**:

- Manage a team of commissioning engineers and technicians on a dynamic production schedule.
- Plan and communicate production schedules with sufficient detail to ensure that all assigned personnel are aware of their tasks and production deadlines.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship for team members to ensure quality of deliverables and capability of team members
- Drive innovation within your team to refine processes and strategize changes that increase manufacturing efficiency and capabilities.

**What you will bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial or manufacturing engineering
- 5+ years of experience working in an automation environment
- 5+ years of experience leading a team of engineers and technicians
