A Real Estate Brokerage requires a Full-time Assistant / Office Administrator who excels in client support, has great organizational skills, great phone skills and has high level computer skills.

**Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Meet and greet clients/ visitors. Maintain a visitor log.
- Set up & Update property searches for prospects who have requested property alerts/listings
- Communicate directly with agents, lawyers and outside real estate admin for deals processing and compliance
- Client Liaison and Care, Follow Up Etc.
- Data Entry
- Manage Deals Admin department, and assist with Deals Processing as required
- Social media
- Handle incoming calls, decipher the nature of the call and respond accordingly

**Qualifications**:

- Some real estate related experience or office administration experience.
- High level of computer proficiency required.
- Self-disciplined and organized with the ability to multi-task.
- The ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
- The ability to meet deadlines and prioritize.
- Being a team player is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Awesome phone skills. You will be communicating with prospective clients.
- Flexible work schedule.
