Commercial Refrigeration Sales Representative

**Who are we?**

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Design refrigeration systems and select equipment based on parameters supplied or industry standards
- Offer technical support/trouble-shooting expertise for field issues
- Support the sales efforts of the KeepRite Refrigeration Wholesalers
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts
- Participate in activities of business and industry associations, such as ORAC or ASHRAE- Perform other duties as assigned
- Solicit sales of commercial refrigeration products
- Report market trends, competitive activities, and specific customer requirements
- Handle service problems as necessary
- Liaison between contractors, customers, sales, engineering, and manufacturing groups
- Prepare quotations and write up and follow orders to completion
- Respond to sales or customer inquiries in a timely manner

**Preferred Qualifications/ Skills**:

- Possess a valid passport with ability to cross border between Canada and USA
- Previous sales experience and/or business related courses
- Refrigeration or Mechanical Engineering Technician Diploma or 5 years related experience
