This is an ideal role for a strong team player who can provide outstanding customer experience and act as a positive ADI Brand Ambassador. **What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries
- Answer all phone calls, assist customer and/or forward to appropriate person
- Sorts and forwards all correspondence received
- Handle incoming and outgoing courier and regular mail
- Other administrative and facility duties as assigned
- Handle and escalate client complaints
**What You Bring**:
- 1-2 years’ Receptionist experience
- Are respectful and service oriented with focus on delivering best in class service
- Professional, team player and a great ADI Brand Ambassador
- Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Are detail oriented and motivated with ability to manage oneself
- Have experience working in a fast-paced company experiencing growth
- Must possess excellent communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills
