Paramount Truck Sales is looking for a Permanent Full Time Receptionist to join our busy team in Burlington The Receptionist position is responsible for providing a positive first impression about the company to anyone who is calling and visiting the dealership.

**What you’ll do**:
- Connecting incoming calls and visitors to the proper individual or department as accurately and quickly as possible
- General administration duties
- Ordering and coordinating office supplies
- Creating new vehicle files and handling vehicle licensing such as taking customers licenses, returning plates, transferring ownership, POA forms, filling out licensing log, calling the customer, E-test rep., etc.
- Send out targeted marketing campaigns, follow up with clients and manage street signage
- Inputting and creating bar codes for our stock vehicle inventory, make key and door tag
- Oversight for social media (Hino Central Group)
**What you'll need**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist/office administrator is preferred
- Prior experience with PBS is preferred
- Due to fiduciary responsibility, pre-hire Criminal Security Clearance and Credit Check is required
- Must be fluent in the English language
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional organizational skills
