**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial pool construction and supplies, including wellness spas, hotels, campgrounds, condos and high-end residential developments.
- Develop relationships and partnerships with suppliers to prompt and sell swimming pool equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, general contractors, and property managers.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Work closely with estimating, design, construction, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to develop strategic sales approaches.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and bids for potential clients and architects.
- Conduct site meetings across Canada.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, grand openings, and industry conferences.
**Skills**:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong network within the commercial real estate, hospitality, or municipal sectors is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel and attend events on evenings and weekends on an as needed basis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Skilled in multi-tasking and coping with conflicting priorities.
Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
