**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated, friendly, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a **Seasonal Customer Service Representative**. This is a temporary, 5-month position ideal for individuals passionate about outdoor design and customer interaction. You’ll play a key role in helping customers find the right products for their landscaping and hardscaping projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and guide customers in selecting the right landscaping and hardscaping products tailored to their needs.
- Provide product details, including specifications, pricing, availability, and delivery options, ensuring customers make informed decisions.
- Assist customers in calculating material quantities for their projects using basic mathematical skills.
- Process customer orders with accuracy, handle payments, and maintain up-to-date records in the system.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a tidy, organized workspace and ensure the showroom remains welcoming for customers.
- Handle busy periods or challenging customer interactions calmly and professionally, prioritizing effective problem-solving.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Secondary School diploma or equivalent (required).
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in typing (40-50 wpm) and basic mathematical calculations (e.g., area, volume, unit conversions).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of landscaping and hardscaping products is a plus but not required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 20kg.
- A positive attitude, punctuality, and a customer-oriented mindset.

**Position Details**:

- **Job Type**: Seasonal (Full-time, Part-time, Temporary).
- **Contract Length**: 5 months.
- **Schedule**: Monday to Saturday, with occasional long weekend shifts as needed.
- **Expected Hours**: 35-45 hours per week.
- **Pay Range**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience.
- **Work Location**: In person at our Mississauga location.
