Crossroads C&I is seeking an experienced CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to fill a permanent opening on the order desk in our Coquitlam location.

3 years experience working on an order desk in a wholesale distribution environment is a requirement for this position.

Crossroads C&I is a leading wholesale distributor of mechanical insulation products. We have a longstanding reputation for quality products and superior customer service. Crossroads C&I has been servicing BC and Alberta for more than 60 years and now has branches across Canada.

**JOB OVERVIEW**

The Order Desk staff is our first point of contact with our customers. A pleasant disposition and the ability to interact well with customers and coworkers is important for this position.

Salary is $50 000.00 per year depending on the applicant’s qualifications and previous experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Read, analyze, and interpret customer’s requests, directions and schedules.

Answer customers' technical and product related questions.

Enter orders onto our computer system noting customers’ requirements.

Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.

Prepare quotes as needed under direction from our sales team.

Process returns and credits as required.

Work with other internal departments.
