**The Position**:
- Identify customer needs, and exceed client expectations
- Manage customer interactions and service requirements
- Develop and maintain insurance product knowledge expertise
- Manage and service existing client policies as needed
- Answer inquiries about insurance coverage, deductibles, processes, claims, etc.
The Right Person:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective problem-solving skills and comfortable with technology.
The Required Experience:
Start Date: Immediate
The Compensation: Salary - commensurate with experience
