**Operations Team Member**

You’ll work with a close-knit team you know you can depend on, one that provides comprehensive aftercare services that include cremation, grief support, and memorials.

**What you’ll do**
- No matter the task, you’ll prioritize quality, safety, and ethics
- Your daily duties may vary between operating the retort, creating and packaging paw prints, engraving plaques and memorial items, quality control, and processing and packaging cremated remains
- Maintain daily cremation goals, producing cremains with an emphasis on compassion and excellence
- Take ownership of our machinery - making adjustments, providing feedback, and submitting maintenance requests
- Adhere to all workplace safety policies, compliances and regulations
- Because Operations Team Members work cross-functionally, you may occasionally be required to drive company vehicles

**Your work environment will include**
- Frequent bending and lifting (65lb minimum weight)
- Certain PPE is required for different tasks, but we’ll provide that for you
- Overtime and weekend work may be available during busier times
- Working in varying temperatures - the area near the retorts can be very warm, while packaging areas are more of a controlled climate
