**Job Summary**:
As a Team Member at Freshslice, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth store operations and create a positive experience for customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist with orders.
- Answer questions about the menu, promotions, and offers.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.

2. **Food Preparation**:

- Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to company standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain high food quality and hygiene standards.

3. **Store Operations**:

- Manage cash registers, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.
- Stock inventory and ensure sufficient supplies are available.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining, and restroom areas.

4. **Team Collaboration**:

- Work effectively with other team members to meet store goals.
- Support the training of new team members.
- Follow directions from supervisors and managers.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus, but not required.

**Work Conditions**:

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Compliance with all health and safety regulations.
