Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front of House Team Member to join our team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This is a vital role in our restaurant, as you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper food handling procedures
- Upsell menu items to increase sales
- Assist with restocking inventory as needed
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in cashiering or food service is preferred
- Knowledge of the food industry and food safety regulations
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to sanitate work areas and maintain cleanliness standards
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus
