**Summary**

We are seeking skilled, experienced Line Cooks and Dishwashers to join our team at Turtle Jack’s Muskoka Grill in Waterdown. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Your culinary expertise will contribute to our mission of providing delightful meals that keep our guests coming back for more. Wage is negotiable depending on experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations.
- Assist in meal preparation and plating to maintain presentation quality.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintain equipment and utensils in proper working condition.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
