**Seeking dependable, reliable and trustworthy individuals to join our dynamic team in the following **positions**
- Line cook
- Days off - Sunday & Monday
- Kitchen closes 9.30 - 10pm

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Preparing a variety of meats, seafood, poultry and vegetables
- Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed
- Ensure work area is clean and stocked for service
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes
- Closes kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Two years experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- Must be able to communicate clearly
- Reach, bend and frequently lift up to 40 Lbs.
- Be able to work in standing position for long periods of time
- Strong communication skills
- Food Handling Certificate
