The Watermark Taphouse & Grille is located just eight minutes west of Burlington, in the charming village of Waterdown. The Watermark offers an interesting variety of dishes prepared daily with the freshest of ingredients. New York Steak, Pasta, Seafood, Wings, Burgers and Entree salads.

**Seeking dependable, reliable and trustworthy individuals to join our dynamic team in the following **positions**
- Line cook
- Days off - Sunday & Monday
- Kitchen closes 9.30 - 10pm

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Preparing a variety of meats, seafood, poultry and vegetables
- Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed
- Ensure work area is clean and stocked for service
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes
- Closes kitchen properly and follows the closing checklist

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Two years experience in kitchen preparation and cooking
- Must be able to communicate clearly
- Reach, bend and frequently lift up to 40 Lbs.
- Be able to work in standing position for long periods of time
- Strong communication skills
- Food Handling Certificate
