**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Review invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Maintain vendor relationships by responding to inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
- Perform data entry tasks related to accounts payable and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Daily invoicing and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Payroll Processing.
- Performing reconciliations.
- Managing Mails and correspondence.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an accounts payable or similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in software such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is highly desirable.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and human resources functions is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial data effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with vendors and internal teams.

Pay: $40,039.76-$59,195.16 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- vendor management: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)
