**Responsibilities**:

- Some accounting payable and accounts receivable
- Data entry into a computer
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft words and Microsoft Outlook
- Taking orders over the phone and some up selling
- Some collections call
- Perform administrative duties such as filing and photocopying.
- Provide administrative support to other staff members.
- Manage office supplies.
- Some collection calls
- Compose routine correspondence.

**Position: Customer Service Representative**

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will play a key role in providing customer service and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our customers. The CSR will interact with potential and existing customers, answer questions, provide information on products and services, resolve complaints, and follow up with follow-up customer care reminders.

**Essential Functions**:

- Serve customers by answering questions, providing information, and resolving problems.
- Take ownership of the customer’s account by monitoring activity in the account system, addressing customer issues, and keeping records of customer interactions.
- Take action to resolve customer concerns or problems before they become issues that need to be resolved.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service provided and to remind them of upcoming appointments.
- Comply with internal policies and procedures related to customer service activities.
- Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies regarding employment in a manner that protects customers and staff.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Salary**: $18.50-$20.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Office: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
