Real Estate Receptionist Wanted

**About Us**
Sage Real Estate is a central core real estate brokerage located at 2010 Yonge St., a few blocks north of Davisville. We are looking for an experience real estate receptionist to join our team.
**The Role**
As Receptionist, your duties will be primarily focused on helping run the front office. We need someone with real estate experience who can expertly handle the phones help load listings and other adhoc projects. An effective communicator, you will need to be able to focus on competing priorities in a confident and pragmatic manner. Deciding when to trust your own judgement and when to stop to ask questions should be second nature to you, as should be keeping your work and correspondence sorted logically. If you aren’t a phone person and don’t thrive on the hustle of a busy office environment, this isn’t the role for you. Past real estate experience is a must.
**Responsibilities**
- Copying, scanning, faxing documents both for internal and external use
- Creating and sharing daily and monthly reports for staff and agents
- Communicating with and troubleshooting technical solutions the office and our agents use
- Coordinating agents coming to and leaving the office
- Office coordination
- Helping load listings on MLS
- And other adhoc requests to help ensure the office runs smoothly
**Desired Education & Experience**
- 2-5 years’ experience in the real estate industry in an office setting
- Exceptional correspondence skills including pleasant spoken and written manner
- Intermediate use of Microsoft Office, namely Excel and Word
- MAC friendly
- Experience with online databases and sorting data
- Dynamic time management skills and an ability to prioritize
- Keen eye for detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
