We're looking for a **Videographer & Editor** who is eager to leverage their skills in content creation to directly impact real estate sales while earning **commission on successful transactions**.

What You’ll Do
- **Film and edit high-quality real estate videos** for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- **Create engaging home tours and promotional content** that drives viewership and attracts buyers.
- **Collaborate closely with agents** to highlight the unique selling points of each property.
- **Optimize content for social media** to maximize exposure and lead generation.
- **Work on commission-based earnings**, meaning **every home sale generated from your video content contributes to your income.**

What You’ll Earn
- Base range**:$30,000 - $70,000+ annually** (dependent on commission).
- **Paid per deal closed**—earn a percentage of the agent’s commission on **every sale or purchase generated from your videos.**:

- **No earnings cap**—the more effective your videos, the more you earn.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in **videography, video editing, and content creation.**:

- Strong skills in **Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.**:

- **Understanding of real estate marketing trends** and storytelling techniques.
- Ability to **work independently** and **meet deadlines** in a fast-paced environment.
- A **portfolio showcasing past video work** (real estate experience is a plus but not required).
