As a Real Estate Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at the real estate office. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere, managing incoming communications, and providing administrative support to the real estate team. You will handle a variety of tasks, from greeting visitors to managing schedules and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**: Greet clients, visitors, and agents with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Manage and coordinate appointments for real estate agents, including property showings, client meetings, and open houses.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support to the real estate team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- **Office Organization**: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including restocking brochures, business cards, and other marketing materials.
- **Client Assistance**: Assist clients with basic inquiries, provide information about properties, and direct them to the appropriate resources.
- **Mail and Package Handling**: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, and manage outgoing mail.
- **Database Management**: Update and maintain client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in the coordination of company events, meetings, and training sessions, including booking venues and arranging catering.
- **Marketing Support**: Assist with basic marketing tasks such as social media updates, flyer distribution, and preparing marketing materials.
- **Compliance and Confidentiality**: Ensure all client information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with company policies and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role, preferably within the real estate industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and courteous manner.
- **Organization**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with real estate software and CRM systems.
- **Customer Service**: A strong customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
- **Attention to Detail**: Keen attention to detail, especially in managing appointments and maintaining records.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with real estate agents, management, and other team members.
- **Problem-Solving**: Resourceful and capable of handling unexpected situations professionally.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to adapt to the changing needs of a busy real estate office.

**Compensation**:

- **Salary**: Competitive hourly wage or salary based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: $50,000.00-$51,143.96 per year
