We're currently looking for a **Parts & Service Advisor** who’s ready to bring their expertise to a dynamic role that bridges two key departments and keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes and in front of the customer.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in both service and parts inquiries.
- Communicate vehicle service needs clearly and professionally, from initial appointment to post-service follow-up.
- Assist customers and technicians with accurate parts ordering, inventory tracking, and parts pick-up.
- Coordinate repair orders, warranty claims, and service scheduling.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and services provided.
- Work closely with Porsche-certified technicians to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with a focus on building long-term relationships.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Previous experience in both automotive parts and service advising is strongly preferred.**:

- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and terminology (luxury or performance brands an asset).
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A passion for the Porsche brand and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Experience with CDK or similar DMS platforms is a plus.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
